We can design a full bathroom renovation for you or bring to life any of your ideas. We do everything from custom showers, new tubs, custom tile work, installing lighting, faucets, heated flooring, closing or opening up windows, new plumbing etc.
We can redesign your interior space.
Add faux beams, revamp your fireplace. We install carpet, hardwood, laminate flooring, paint, lighting, beams, shiplap, wainscoting, customize closets, sliding doors, handles, knobs etc.
We can inspect your roof and bid the roof repair or replacement cost. We can work with your home owners insurance company. We also do full exterior work, siding, trim, paint, gutters, windows and can expand exterior doors etc.
We can design your whole outdoor space to make in more enjoyable for you and your family. We can design and install custom covered patios, pergolas, custom kitchens, fireplaces and floor cement extensions, decks, outdoors pavers, flower beds, landscaping etc. We work closely with your city, our preferred architects and engineers for a functional, sturdy and permitted outdoor space.
The Process
Renovation step by step
#4 AGREEMENT
- Once you are satisfied with the project design & quote we will schedule the start of your remodel.
- We draw up an agreement for your project
- We can send you the contract electronically to sign online or you can sign it in person.
-You make a deposit (if required) at this time.
- We start ordering materials* now (if required)

#5 CONSTRUCTION
-Once permits (if required) and materials are delivered and accessible we are ready to start.
-(By this point your renovation rooms and walkways should be EMPTIED as it will get dusty, way more then you think.)
-Work will commence full throttle.
- We strive to complete every project on time and without delays through careful planning and scheduling.
#6 WALK THROUGH
- At this point your project is just about finished.
-We schedule a final walk through with you to get any little touchups done and minor adjustments.
- Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied and love your remodel.
- Lastly we ask you to give us a review and if possible allow us to share and feature your renovation project.
-We get just as excited to see the end result.
#1 CONSULTATION
-We meet you at the property location for your initial consultation
- We get to know you and ask a lot of questions
-We discuss your project ideas and needs
-You show us samples or inspiration photos of what you want your project to look like or tell us if you need help with a full design plan.
-We measure and take photos of your renovation spaces.
-This is a free consultation to determine your custom quote.
#2 DESIGN (optional)
- Need a complete design?
-Our team creative designer will visit your home to get a feel of your layout, fixed features, your style and room function.
- We encourage you to take your time and ask us all the questions. Let us know any ideas you have for us to incorporate.
- At the second meeting with our designer, we can show you specific samples, renderings, plans etc to help you visualize the custom design for your space.
- Your renovation is a BIG deal and we want it to look and function as envisioned.

Full room design fee- $450+
#3 QUOTE
-Post consultation and design we put together an itemized quote of your project wish list.
-We include materials and labor or tailor the quote to your needs.
-We can provide "Green" environmentally friendly options or incorporate smart devices.
-We make adjustments to fit your budget.
-We also take note of the timeline and give you a an estimated project duration timeframe.
- We are flexible with work hours.
